12/5/97 North Olmsted 4 - Cleveland Heights 3 After starting the season at the Bowling Green Thanksgiving Tournament, Heights opened its league schedule against the North Olmsted Eagles. Marcus Dancy scored his first goal of the season to tie the game at one in the first period. Doug Turner notched his fifth goal of the season in between two N. Olmsted goals in the second period. Another N. Olmsted goal in the third period put the game out of reach. Marcus Dancy's second goal of the game made the final score 4-3. Andrew Markus made 20 saves in the Tigers' first loss to N. Olmsted in recent memory. |
