11/30/97 Bowling Green 8 - Cleveland Heights 1 Heights finished the Bowling Green Thanksgiving Tournament against the home team and defending State Champion, Bowling Green. The Tigers were outplayed at both ends of the ice as BG scored three goals in the first period, two in the second, and three more in the third. Andrew Markus and Ari Gonzalez each made 17 saves while Markus was credited with the loss. Brian Clark scored the only Heights goal on a breakaway in the third period. The Tigers ended up with third place in the tournament. |
