The Tigers suffered their first loss in divisional play, dropping a 3-2 nail-biter against Chagrin Falls. Heights played uninspired hockey for two periods while Chagrin took a 2-0 lead and only the play of goaltender Aidan Hall kept it close. The team finally showed some life in the third period when Ben Urbas scored in the opening minute. Chagrin would go back up by two, but Ian Kraus answered quickly and it was 3-2. The final 10 minutes were full of scoring chances, including a 5-on-3 powerplay for Heights and a penalty shot for Chagrin Falls, but neither team could score again. Aidan Hall finished with 35 saves. |
