Heights ended the season on a down note with an 8-0 loss to Hudson in the second round
of the State Tournament. The Tigers had their chances in the first and third periods, but
a poor second period put the game out of reach. Hudson scored four times, twice on the
powerplay, and it was 7-0 by the third period. Despite the shutout loss, Heights had
eight different players finish the
season with 10 or more points. The last time the Tigers had this many double-digit
scorers was 1997, when
10 players
reached that mark.
