The Tigers hosted their final home game of the season against the Euclid Panthers.
Euclid took a 1-0 lead in an evenly played first period, but Heights would generate the
majority of the scoring chances over the final two periods. The Tigers just couldn't
turn them into goals, missing the net on many of their best opportunities. Heights did
have the potential tying goal waived off in the last minute of regulation. With the
Tigers on a powerplay, Jared Lavender's shot from the
point crossed the goal line a split second after the whistle sounded. Heights had been
called for an illegal substitution as they tried to bring in a sixth attacker. The
Euclid lead was restored and the Panthers added an empty-net goal in the final seconds.
