The Tigers officially retired the jerseys of Kyle, Brendon and Milton in a ceremony before the December 26th game against Mentor. Heights seniors Jared Lavender, John Schmidt and Ben Gaglioti wore jerseys 2, 8 and 16 during pregame warmups. Head Coach Kirk Guenther delivered a short address, then the Heights players presented the jerseys to the parents of Kyle, Brendon and Milton.

Earlier in the day, the Heights Alumni Hockey Games raised more than $4000 to benefit the Barden Benner Carter Memorial Fund.
